You will receive an automated email confirming your application. Once registered and logged into the forums, you will need to create an introductory post in The Gatehouse confirming your wish to apply for membership. That will then be reviewed by an administrator or moderator before you receive full forum access. This is done to prevent spammers.

If you are a foreign diplomat requesting a mask or embassy, please register as described above and start a new thread and application in the Diplomatic Liaison Service section. Usually within 24 hours, your post will be approved and your account masked accordingly. If you also requested an embassy, that should be created within 24-48 hours after your account has been masked.

THE BALAN ACCORDS

Preamble:

The Global Alliance and Treaty Organization and the Knights of the Round Table (hereafter the Parties) agree to establish a treaty based on their continued growth in relations and with the intent for further exchange.

Article I: Non-Aggression & Sovereignty

The Parties recognize each other as sovereign entities, respecting their establishments and the means by which each alliance determines their internal and external matters. They pledge to resolve all conflicts with one another by diplomatic means, never stooping to war.

Article II: Intelligence

The Parties understand that the world is a place full of scum and villainy. Should either party learn of threats that affect the other, they will swiftly present intelligence through appropriate diplomatic channels.

Article III: Optional Defense

Should either of the Parties be attacked by another entity, the other party may, but is not obligated to, defend the other.

Article IV: Review

One hundred and eighty (180) days after the signing of this treaty, The Parties agree to review the terms of the treaty and amend it as they see fit.

Article V: Cancellation

Either of the Parties may withdraw from this treaty, with or without cause, with 72 hours notice.
