Google translate is in the upper right hand corner. As for toggle the forums, you can choose to compress certain areas by clicking the box [--] that looks like that in the right corner of each forum section.

If you're still not seeing it, I suggest you clear your browser's cache and cookies then log back in.

P.S. Header work is going to take time. I'll have to tweak the prosilver theme settings which is time consuming. My main goal right now is to have something stable you guys can use while I'm away on business.

If you mean where it says Select Language I can see that.

It's there dude... how many times I gotta say it? The functionality is there; it just looks different as not every language is listed now. I even added Scots Gaelic just for you.
