Forum new thread/post notification emails

It seems that sometime ago, the new forum post or thread email notification function stopped working. This basically means that if you had subscribed to a particular form section or thread, you should have received an email notification upon new activity. Unfortunately, this must have broken during one of the last forum software updates. Anyway, I think I've fixed it. If you're still not receiving notifications though, please let me know so I can investigate further.
