Forum code update

Forum has been updated to 3.0.14 - allegedly while I was slightly inebriated and didn't take the time to do a proper backup. Good thing everything worked. 
Oh - had to downgrade the portal code in order to get the birthday module working properly again. I didn't have the time nor patience to actually wade through each code line to find the break. T'was easier this way said I.
